Automated email based on deal stage

Hi all,

we would like to send an automated recurring email based on the deal' stage.

EXAMPLE

We set a deal stage called 'Initial pitch' and we want to send an automatic email to the contact linked to this deal every 5 days untill the deal moves to another deal stage of the pipeline.

How can we implement it?

Hi @PBonino

To the best of my knowledge, these kind of looping email workflows are not supported natively by HubSpot - perhaps because they represent a risk to sender reputation.

However, using deal stage as a trigger and an unenrollment criteria, and a combination of re-enrollment workflows triggering one another, you might be able to achieve the desired result. Something similar is described here: How To Send Automated Recurring Emails Using HubSpot Workflows

The simpler, perhaps safer solution would be to create one workflow, with multiple but limited emails set up on a schedule with deal stage #1 as the enrollment criteria and deal stage #2 as the un-enrollment criteria.

thanks for the fast response.

I was hoping to avoid any workaround since most of times they are not reliable and consistent over time but, given the circumstances, I think I will try a similar solution to the one you linked.
