Issue with iMap E-Mail - "There was an issue sending your email."

Hi, I was wondering whether someone had any experience with iMap E-Mail addresses in HubSpot. We have an iMap E-Mail domain, which I access through the Outlook web app. I had no issue connecting the e-mail address to HubSpot, but have not been able to send e-mails through HubSpot as I always get the same error message "There was an issue sending your email.". Unfortunately, the article the error message links to only lists a number of possible explanations for the error, with no explanation to troubleshoot the specific issue or even fixing it, so I am out of options to proceed. Has anyone experienced the same/similar issues and could point me in the right direction?

Since each e-mail is sent from you email inbox, there is specific information we need in order to investigate:

Are you seeing any bounces errors in the contacts?

Can you please share a screenshot with more information?

Are you able to send the e-mail to the contact from your email inbox?

The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.
