Too many emails scheduled to deploy

I have several sequences going at one time. There are a few that have tasks built-in that must be completed before the next email is deployed. As I complete these tasks the emails deploy and this is affecting the number of scheduled emails and locking down my google account. Is there an easy way to see how many emails are scheduled in the future, so I don't have to deal with this?

Hi @JHernaez,

The best place to monitor this in HubSpot is in my opinion the Manage tab of the sequences tool (Menu > Automation > Sequences > Manage). Here you you can see the Total enrolled numbers. Your task completion is the best way to actively manage how many sequence emails are sent. As you get a better understanding of your Google send limits, you would complete fewer tasks.

Beyond that, I'm not aware of ways to visualize or analyze what is about to happen.
