Emailing using merge fields?

We are a claims management company and are importing data into HubSpot using the jotform api. All our data on Hubspot of our clients is now in contacts. If I wish to send an email to a separate company using merge fields from a contact, how do I do that? I am not emailing the contact, I am emailing a separate company but the email should contain some of the data from my contact(s). Any help would be really appreciated.

Hi @MLen,

Using personalizations tokens in HubSpot, you won't be able to pull contact record information from one contact in which the company is not associated with the contact in HubSpot. There may be a way with 3rd party integration. If someone has a feasible workaround for this, I'd be interested in hearing, but I have not seen it done.
