Use Hubspot to create customer agreement forms

Hi everyone,

We make back therapy devices which we offer to customers on subscription to use in their own home. I was thinking that using the personalisation buttons in Hubspot we could automate the creation of the document. It's easy enough to do in marketing emails, but we want to create the document in pdf and get the customer to sign electronically. Anyone got any ideas?

Hello @EricWoehrling

At this time, it's not possible to include personalization tokens in Documents, HubSpot identifies as external. Currently personalization tokens are only for use in emails, website pages, or landing pages only.
