HubSpot Sales Emails Marked "High Importance"

Within a HubSpot contact record, is there a way to send a single sales email and mark it "High Importance"? If not, do you have a workaround or do you simply send your email through your business account such as Outlook and add it there? I realize HubSpot will record the email, but apparently not the priority.

Currently, this is not a functionality of the tool. If you would like to see this implemented in the future, I would recommend sharing this idea in our ideas forum.

Hi there- is this a possibility yet? If not it is something that really needs addressing- this is 2 years on.

At this time, priority labels have not been implemented for Sales emails. That said, I do see a couple of similar Ideas on our forum:

I recommend upvoting, following, and commenting your use cases on those threads to help them gain traction! I upvoted both as well 😊
