Is this only available for the middle marketing automation package? This is considered workflow?

All packages support post form submission follow emails. Only more complicated follow-up processes would require workflows: Send follow-up emails after form submissions

Hi Phil, what if I use no forms, just a contact form 7 wordpress extension? Can I still setup a follow up email?
