Hi Harry,

Do you have sales access within your HubSpot portal? If so, follow the instructions below and this should help fix your issue. If not, feel free to reach back out and I will be more than happy to look into this further.

1) Copy the source code from Email Signature Template Generator

2) Log into your HubSpot portal and click on your profile in the top right

3) Choose Profile and Preferences

4) Scroll down on that page until you see 'Signature'

5) Click on 'Edit Signature'

6) Select the HTML option and paste the code in the top box

7) You should then see a preview of your signature below

😎 Click save and send a test email

Hi Elysha Shave,

I have a problem that seems to be somewhat connected to the one described above. I had no problem syncing my email provider to my hubspot account. I had no problem sending out emails to my leads from Hubspot, which worked perfectly. But then, I decided to add my HTML-based signature to my Hubspot account, and since then, my emails are not received by my clients once I send them. It's a bit frustrating as I cannot wrap my head around it. Do you have any idea of how that could be solved?

> Can you describe the steps in which you're taking

> Are you able to provide a couple of screenshots of this issue?

Hi Elysha,

-I'm using Openxchange, which came automatically with my website's server provider

-The steps are as following ; I linked my Hubspot outgoing emails to my Openxchange account ; I auto-forwarded any incoming email on my Openxchange email box to my hubspot's address ; I changed my signature written in HTML format in my Hubspot basic settings ; I sent an email from my Hubspot mailbox to another email address for testing purposes, and I noticed that the email doesn't get arrive on my other

-It seems that I cannot screenshot an image in this discussion window. I would be happy to send it out to an email address.

Ahh I see what you mean so when you send an email to a contact from HubSpot, it didn't arrive in your Openxchange inbox, is that right?

What have you currently got set up between those two systems? If you could email elysha@bbdboom.com with any images or screenshots, I would be more than happy to look into this further for you.
