Add multiple emails to track?

I currently am using the feature where all emails I send via gmail get logged within HubSpot. A great feature. Is there a way to add a second email address so that when I send/receive emails from that second email to the same contact that that will also get logged?

Hi @Chijo !

In order for an email to log when sending from a different address, the email address from which you are sending the email must be one of the following:

A user in your account.
One of your connected email inboxes.
An alias in your email client (either an alias that has been configured in your connected Gmail inbox, or an alias added to your Profile & Preferences).

You can either add the second address as a user in your account, connect it as a connected inbox under your current user, or add it as an alias, and this will allow for you to log the email to HubSpot.
