List of limitations/differences using Outlook (IMAP) and Office365 connected inboxes

We are currently checking implementation options and would like to get a list of features that are different when comparing the Outlook (via IMAP) and the Office365 based connected inbox.

Is the calendar option (send meeting link) the only difference or are there more functions where the IMAP based connection is lacking functionality?

Hi @Arne,

Your inbox and your calendar are the two things that will connect with your inbox.

For a full list of what is required for each connected inbox, click here.

In regards to choosing the right Outlook extension, click here.

Your calendar would need to be hosted by Office 365 (or Google) in order to be connected through HubSpot for the meetings tool.
