Setting up Meeting Tool

Hi,

I have installed the Hubspot extension onto Outlook and am trying to set up the meeting tool.

The only options i have are to link to google calendars or Office 365. But my email is on IMAP using Outlook desktop.

How can this be set up?

Please advise.

Update: It looks like the CalDAV support was sunset and only 365 and Gsuite are supported currently.

Hi @AdamCaan

HubSpot meetings only fully supports Office 365 and Gmail calendars at this time. If your calendar isn't one of these, you may be able to connect it using the CalDAV protocol.

Ah, this feature is still in beta...

...and the beta program is currently closed for new applications.

Do you have a HubSpot rep?

New to Hubspot: Meeting Tool

I have gone through and set up my personal meeting information. I actually scheduled a meeting and got a confirmation it's complete. I also received the email confirmation. However, the meeting does not show on my Outlook calendar. I do have Outlook/Microsoft 365 integration. Can you tell me why I would not be able to see the meeting on my calendar? Appreciate any tips to get this all to sync.

It's now almost a year later and the link you posted redirects to another article that doesn't mention CalDAV at all. It's Google or MS - or nothing. What happened to that beta?

I'm not sure we have a rep. I'm evaluating Hubspot on the free account currently. Being able to integrate with open standards is important to us.

I'm just confirming that it does appear that HubSpot Meetings only supports 365 or Gsuite calendars now.
