Sales Team Individual email addresses added to shared inbox

Hello,

I have a team of 4 and would like them to solely be able to work out of hubspot, and not have to bounce back and forth between Hubspot, and Gmail.

Is there a way once they connect their personal emails to have any email that is sent to their direct email show up in the shared inbox in Hubspot?

It sounds like you're inquiring about our personal email connector within HubSpot! This allows users to send one-to-one emails from the CRM, log email replies to the CRM, send sequences emails, and install HubSpot Sales to access the sales tools in your inbox.

Not in a way that wouldn't expose their entire inbox and communications to other HubSpot users and admins, no: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/connected-email/choose-an-inbox-connection#connect-a-team-email

HubSpot generally still expects users to use an email client alongside the CRM. There is no individual inbox for a user inside of HubSpot.
