no clue if theis is the correct place. the setup of community driven support site is garbage. its not support so far, its just more marketing. where do i find support? i literally searched support and there were no groups... zero

You can find troubleshooting steps for when you're not receiving email notifications here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/not-receiving-hubspot-system-or-notification-emails

On the free CRM, you're support options are indeed limited to the community. Access to (human) support is exclusive to paid subscriptions.

the test email works and the configurations are set as described but i
dont get any form submission emails

I looked up your email address on the backend, and I don't see any notification emails sent to you. Can you please do my a favor and submit a test form submission for this form? If possible, it would be helpful to see a screen recording of you submitting this form (we use Loom - it's free). Once submitted, please confirm in this thread!

i had to delete and re add the form to the web page. it seems to be working now.
