Outlook: Cursor jumps below signature when composing or replying to emails

In Outlook, my cursor automatically jumps below my signature whenever I create a new email or reply to one. This behavior started when I began logging emails.

Is there a solution to prevent the cursor from moving below the signature?

Hi @JBorgers,

This might be because of the HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop add-in.

The cursor jumping around (or dropping to the bottom) is a known issue; switching to the HubSpot Sales web add-in has solved this in many cases.

Does this mean we have to use outlook on the web instead of the desktop app for non-buggy functionality?

It sure seems that way. Looks like this bug has been around for a very long time and it's always blamed on Microsoft.
