Email not received

Can someone help me fix my issue.

I got a response email sent from our general gmail. I responded using our business email info@remotecrw.com and ccd justin@remotecrw.com

Both the receipent and justin did not receive the email. This is just unacceptable.

Please help

Can you eleborate on the issue please, was email sent from HubSpot? if so who was the recepient of first mail, you or a contact?

Has your issue been resolved? If not, here are some quick troubleshooting steps you can try:

Spam/Junk Folder – Ask recipients to check their spam or promotions folders.
Domain Authentication – Make sure your domain has proper SPF/DKIM setup in both HubSpot and your DNS settings.
Email Server Filters – Firewalls or filters on the recipient’s side may be blocking the email; check with their IT team.
Bounces or Blocks – Look for bounce notifications or blocks in the HubSpot contact activity timeline.
Subscription Status – Ensure recipients haven’t unsubscribed or marked previous emails as spam.
Integration Issues – If you're using Gmail/Outlook, try reconnecting your inbox in HubSpot and resend the email.
Send Outside HubSpot – Try sending the same message directly from your business email (not via HubSpot) to check if the issue is HubSpot-specific.
