Form submissions in conversation inbox do not lead to webhook event

I would like to program a custom Slack notification for all types of conversations in the conversation inbox, including chat, email and forms. So I set up a webhook event that fires when there is a new message and when a new conversation is created. However, even though I submitted multiple forms to our conversation inbox, it did not trigger any event:

Hi there @JustinSchmidt; I double checked this with my own test setup, and webhooks should be firing for those form submissions that are sent to the conversations inbox. Would you be able to confirm if the app in which you set up the webhook subscriptions is installed for the portal you are testing the form submissions in?
