Is it possible to A/B Test a Global Group?

We just did a header redesign for a client and I want to see if it performs better.

Is there a way to A/B Test a Global Group like a header, footer, or sidebar?

To my knowledge it's not possible to A/B test components. You would need to use them on a Landing Page and A/B test two different versions. See here: How to A/B test landing pages
