Action needed: Remove primary Hubspot (system) domains

Hi,

We downgrade our account to free plan and received the email notifications. It notified us to head to "Domains & URLs" and remove the domains. However, we didn't connect to any domains. What should I suppose to do if there's no domains connected? We only used Hubspot to send emails for marketing before. Can I just ignore the notification?

This might be referring to the email sending domain. Could you share a screenshot of the notice?

Connecting your email sending domain lets you send emails from your own as opposed to a HubSpot sending domain: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/domains-and-urls/connect-your-email-sending-domain

I received the notification by email. It's the screenshot below.

And I checked our settings under Website > Domains & URLs. There's no domains there.

What could we do now?

The email (screenshot 1) is referring to the email domain, like I had assumed in my earlier reply. Here's how you can find the settings: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/domains-and-urls/connect-your-email-sending-domain

So it means that if you want to continue sending emails with your own email address from Outlook you do not need to change anything, right?
