Pop Ups on WebApp

Hey

Currently I have integrated my pop up forms (Pop Ups) both with all the landings that we generate directly and with our website that is hosted on Webflow and are displayed perfectly, however when I want to show any within our WebApp do not appear someone could tell me if we have to do something extra to appear to our users of our application?

@emaruiz_r1 Pop-up forms will only appear on pages where you have placed the HubSpot tracking code and that have a URL. Ultimately, they are designed to work on website pages and not in apps.

Would you mind providing a few more additional details on how your webapp is built? I would be happy to provide some potential solutions.

Hey Olivia

We have our WebApp built on a subdomain and we use AWS, rigth now we have 2 subdomains and the main domain.

I test the pop ups, but only appears on landing.domain and www.domain, the first one is hosted on HubSpot and the main domain is on WebFlow, but when I try to test and pop-up in the app this doens´t appear

@emaruiz_r1 For the pop-up to appear the HubSpot tracking code needs to be firing when the page loads. I do not think that webapps support the hs tracking code but you should try this approach first.

Have you tried to add the tracking code to your webapp pages yet?
