Moved website to HubSpot Free CMS, home page only loads if I type: https://

I just started creating a website on the HubSpot Free CMS. My homepage only opens if I type in https://mywebsite.com. If I type in mywebsite.com or www.mywebsite.com I get a message that Safari can't connect to the server. Before I was using weebly and typing mywebsite.com would open my website. I'm thinking I should be the same with HubSpot. Does anyone know how I might be able to fix this?

This could be a browser issue - do you see the same behaviour if you try to access the website in a private window in Safari? You could also try going through the troubleshooting steps in this help article.

Have you also tried accessing the website in a different browser - Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox?

Hi Mia,

Thanks or your response. The issue seemed to correct itself before I got a
chance to try your solution. In that time I deleted and recreated my DNS A
records. So it could have been a bad A record. I don't know if that would
explain the problem. Since then, I tried your recommendation of checking on
different browsers and it seems to be opening with all of them. Thanks
again for your help.
