My status shows "published" but when I put my URL in a browser, it shows website unavailable. It's quilterchic.com.

Hi @CBrown86 have you verified your domain settings? Here is an article from HubSpot about hot to troubleshoot your domain.

It shows in Hubspot that it is connected.

The troubleshooting guide says, "Confirm that the CNAME records match the Host(name) and Values proided by HubSpot during the connection process." Where can I find these? That might be the problem.

But what are the "values provided by Hubspot?" That's what I don't know. I understand the domain provider, but was I given numbers to put into the domain provider from Hubspot? Besides, it shows that it is connected in Hubspot. (See the screenshot above)

@CBrown86 that would have been part of the connection process, and since it shows connected I doubt that is the issue.

When I try to open the page, I get this error:

Unsupported protocol

The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite.

I found an article that explains the error:

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH error occurs when the browser can’t establish a secure connection with the webserver. It all starts with the SSL certificates used for providing a secure and encrypted connection between a website and a web browser.

The options in the article are already enabled. Isn't SSL part of the Hubspot end of the site? Here is the error in Safari:

It looks the same to me in Chrome, too.

@CBrown86 yes, it should be, but I added HTTPS to the URL to test and that's why I got the other error. I thought maybe the "require HTTPS" wasn't checked.

When you go to the CMS Setup guide, does it show open tasks? The initial screenshot looks like it shows 3/7, maybe there is a clue there?

I've done some testing with my domain and free account and haven't had an issue, so there has to be something we've missed.

I checked and finished the CMS setup, but the site still doesn't show up.

Hi @CBrown86 I'm sorry I didn't catch this sooner.

Your home page is the only one that doesn't work because you don't have anything published there, but once I added one of the pages from your screenshot (I tried quilterchic.com/patterns) it worked.

So I looked over your screenshot again and noticed your home page is listed as /home and since you don't have anything published to the root domain, that is the cause of the error.

All you have to do is open the home page and remove the "home" from the box and resave. This will move that page to the root domain and all the pages will be accessible.

I found where to remove it from "slug" box, but it doesn't change the url when I go back to the "website pages" page. Also still doesn't show up in browser.

When you cleared the slug out, did you republish?

The other option would be to clone the page with the slug removed and unpublish the original home page and try publishing the new one that doesn't have a slug at all.

Okay, the homepage now shows up, but none of the other pages do.

I can manually type the url (quilterchic.com/patterns) and the page is there, but the links are not working.

Hi @CBrown86 that's great, I'm glad the home page is working now!

I noticed it doesn't have any navigation, which is why the other pages aren't showing up. If you manually type the URL in the browser (like I did to check) or open the link from your website pages in HubSpot, you'll see that all of the pages are live and working, they just aren't connected together.

You'll need to set up the navigation to add a menu to the page header - do you need help with getting this set up in the Environmental theme?
