Global content issues

We're doing our initial test of HubSpot and things are not going well. Perhaps HubSpot doesn't support prepurchase testing, but so far sales and support have been non-existant.

We're testing with the Spark theme, so I am starting to think the issues are with the theme.

The theme has two menus in the header, which seems to fall under global content. One menu has some alignment issues (minor), and the other menu seems completely nonfunctional (major).

How do we best figure this out? I'm thinking back out the theme and start over with a different theme.

Is my experience with sales and support normal for HubSpot?

I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with your initial HubSpot experience. Our Help Center outlines the different support options that are available and I recommed chatting with Sales on our pricing page or giving them a call if you have questions about our premium packages.

But let's ask the Community members if they have any advice regarding the CMS theme!

Have you already gone through the usual troubleshooting steps - clearing cookies and checking if you experience the same problem in a different browser or in an incognito window in Chrome?

A screenshot of the issue would also be very helpful! Thanks!

@MiaSrebrnjak This user has already submitted a support ticket with Lynton which we've replied to and have not received any other communication from.

We'll be subbmitting a fix this week for the alignment issue but the "nonfunctional" issue is not somethine any of our other Spark users have encountered. It also works fine on our demo site which is using the exact same code. In support we offered some guidance on how to possibly fix the issue they're encountering, but as stated before, we have not heard back.

@alyssamwilie - thanks for your reply to the ticket. Based on your guidance we got the stray fields out of the utility menu. that was a big help.

the formatting issue was not a big deal. I'll keep an eye out for changes while we try to get header issues sorted.

thanks for the help from LyntonWeb. I never heard anything from HubSpot.
