Workflow for publishing LP and Webpage

Our company is very ristrict company.

Before we publish LP and Webpage, other department member have to check preview page and approve it.

Can we make above workflow by Operations Hub?

Hi @m-shindo,

You cannot really start a workflow for a page creation/modification, so unfortunately the approval process you'd like to create won't be possible with Operations Hub.

There's something that ressembles what you'd like to achieve and it's content staging.

Authors can use content staging to create pages and then the approvers can have a look at the pages in the staging environment before pushing them to production, but that's also very manual.

The only solution left, to me, is to build something external to act as your apporoval pipeline.

There's no field that you can add on a page that can be used to trigger the page to be sent into the approval pipeline so users would have to select the page they want to send for publication.

You can use the List pages API to get the pages and their status to make that selection possible.
