Hey!

I have a question for you people, how to make website will be best option? Custom or CMS based as store needs to be for online jobs portal.

So what should I choose?

WordPress or Coding?

let's put it that way -
You have to answer yourself following questions:

Do you want to rely on a developer or do you want to enable non-developers to maintain your page, new jobs ...
Do you want (and need) more functionality than just a job-board? In most cases you'll need a home, maybe an about and maybe a contact page , email sending and form options, a CRM or similar

While you can create a job listing by hard coding - I wouldn't recommend it since it can be a lot more work, more expensive and harder to maintain.

There are many great HR/recruting/job offering services out there which come with a ton of options. A few friends of mine developed Mana HR Toolbox (german page). It's got many great features like job listing, email notifications, workflows for recruting process, talent pool, individual page for each available job, forms, social media recruiting, and many more awesome features.

It's also very easy to implement it on a page. Simply copy/paste a "2 line code" into your layout where you'd like to have the function displayed on your page - regardless the question if you got a CMS or custom coded page.

So while you can do everything by hand my personal recommendation would be:

Build your pages around the job board/listing with a CMS(HubSpot CMS Hub or WordPress), set up some workflows and automations that will make your life easier - you don't want to do everything by hand 😉
Automate your job listings with a specialized 3rd party software or plugin. By the way - you could also use a HubSpot blog for the job listing if you like. You'd just need a custom template, some custom modules, some emails and a few workflows.
