Hello, thanks for taking the time to read!

I'm working on a company merger right now. Thankfully, they both have HubSpot. Sadly, one uses HubSpot's CMS (Portal B) and the other a Squarespace (Portal A.)

Until we can fully integrate the two HubSpot portals, I'd like to Embed Portal A's Lead gen/contact us forms on Portal B's HS CMS.

Obviously, there will be issues with tracking - but we just need the leads to get captured until we fully integrate the two systems.

Is this possible via a code block? Worst case we can link out to the raw forms, but I'd love to have the form from Portal A live on Portal B if possible.

Hi @AZistler,

From a purely technical standpoint, you can embed HubSpot forms wherever you want to by following these steps: Set up and style a HubSpot form on an external site

The one thing I'd recommend checking, however, is whether the consent notice in the form needs to be updated accordingly. If visitors believe they're submitting their information to company A while in fact it's submitted to company B, that might be an issue. Also, if the data privacy policy of company A does not account for HubSpot, that should probably be checked, too.

(This reply does not constitute legal advice.)

Best regards!
