I believe you're referring to the HubSpot tracking code, correct?

In that case, you can check if the tracking code is installed and firing correctly with your account ID(HubID) by following the instruction described in here!

It doesn't look like the code has been installed on that site.

As its a Wordpress site you could use a plugin to do this, here's how.
