Personalization tokens have to be removed to publish your content

I am creating a landing page for my client. I am using the Sprocket Rocket template

Hubspot is showing me this error about 'your plan was changed 'which is getting in the way of our landing page's footer.

I cannot make any updates to the footer in the Global Content Editor because I cannot 'Publish to 1 asset' (see below image) any changes I've made on the footer due to your "Hubspot plan was changed" (see above image)

So now I cannot publish any changes I make on my landing page's footer.

Thanks for reaching out to the HubSpot Community and for providing those helpful screenshots!

Just to make sure I’m following you correctly: are you unable to remove the personalization token because the “Your plan was changed” error is preventing you from making any changes?

Please let me know if that’s the case.

Hi @BérangèreL thank you so much for your response.

I don't know what the personalization token is that needs to be removed. I just know that it is in the footer. I will try contacting the Sprocket Rocket (the ones who made the Hubspot landing page template) about this as well.

My client and I don't understand what the "your plan changed" means because she is just using the free version of Hubspot and she claims no plan was changed or anything. (I am part of her team in Hubspot).

It looks like the token is on the footer indeed, so you'll need to be editing the footer.

I can no longer send you a private message due to the following errors on HubSpot community. (See images below) I think it is a fluke since I haven't even sent a private message yet. And there are no 'highlighted errors' for me to correct in my message.

Hi @DAlvarez147 and thanks for letting us know about the private messaging issue.

This is the limit we have in place, here I believe, it might be a cache issue.

Could you please clear the cookies & cache and then try sending the message again?

I also recommend to change the message a bit and remove user tags if you’ve included them in the original message.
