How do I set up homepage URL redirects in HubSpot free tier?

Hi, I am new to the Hubspot. To test the platform, I am the free tier.I have been struggling with this issue for days now. My real homepage is at https://www.mov.....g.co.za/en-za/ .
I need to set up a redirect so that https://www.mov...g.co.za/ and https://www.mov......g.co.za/en-za (without the slash) both go to https://www.mov.......g.co.za/en-za/ . I do not have access to do the edits (I suspect due to my tier), is there another way to get this? Thank you for assisting.

Hey @Mo67

First of all, I wanted to clarify if your domain is externally hosted (not on HubSpot CMS), HubSpot cannot control root-level redirects. Redirect control depends on where the site is hosted.

Hi @Mo67,

URL redirects are available in Content Hub Starter/Professional/Enterprise, Marketing/Service Professional/Enterprise (not in free tire) and also only for HubSpot-hosted domains (official docs).

Set them up in your DNS/hosting provider's control panel (e.g., cPanel, Cloudflare).

Hi Dennis. Thanks forthe help. I have been working on this for weeks now without any success. I have resolved to start myt site from scratch. If the problem persists, I will have to move out of Hubspot to another Service/Paltform Provider. As things stand, I am frustrated, I do not have the confidence/motivation to upgrade

Thanks. The site is hosted externally, which has been a frustrating back and forth. The main site is working, but I get 404 if one searches without "www" for instance.
