I am creating a workflow where all leads in Stage A will automatically move to Stage B if they have interacted with any emails sent to them. Additionally, we need to log emails for certain leads and track this email logging within the same workflow. Any suggestions?

Hi @SMomo,

Could you rephrase your request? Workflows don't log emails, they don't track anything either – they're essentially tools to execute on if/then statements. If X happens, then do Y.

While you can report on workflows, workflow actions themselves don't track anything.

If sales reps log emails, you can use these activity association default settings to make sure they end up on all relevant records: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/configure-automatic-activity-associations

Best regards

Well, yes, it is an if-else condition. I have attached an image for that. My question is whether emails are logged, and will it still be able to recognise the conditions?

For a logged email. Basically, if any email is logged for that lead, it should enter a branch in the workflow.
