This site can't be reached error

So i just published my first landing page after a turmultuous back and forth with my Domain provider and Hubspot integration afterwhich i got a prompt to wait 72 hours for the hosting to kick in.

However, its been over 3 days and i still get the "This site can't be reached error" whenever i try to load up the site.

Am i missing something? Worst part is, i would'nt even know if i am. HELP!!!

it usually points to a DNS issue rather than HubSpot itself. I’d recommend double-checking that your domain’s CNAME and A records are correctly pointing to HubSpot as outlined in your domain setup instructions. Sometimes even a small typo or missing record can cause the site not to resolve. You can also use a DNS checker tool to confirm if the records have propagated globally. If everything looks correct but the site still won’t load, clearing your browser cache or testing in incognito mode can rule out local issues. If the problem persists, it’s best to contact HubSpot Support with a screenshot of your DNS settings so they can verify if something’s misconfigured on the hosting side.

Thanks for coming to my aid sir.

So i just double checked and while doing so, i had the hunch to use a VPN and Boom! It works, but the moment i turn off the vpn, its back to the same error message. I confirmed the CNAME and A records are pointing to Hubspot correctly, so what gives?

I've been doing some research for your issue. The fact that your site works with a VPN but not without it confirms that your HubSpot hosting and DNS records are configured correctly. This is a regional DNS propagation issue where your local ISP hasn't updated with the new DNS records yet.

Here are some solutions to try:

Immediate Fixes:

Change your DNS servers temporarily:
- Switch to Google DNS: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
- Or Cloudflare DNS: 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
- This will bypass your ISP's potentially cached DNS
Flush your local DNS cache:
- Windows: Open Command Prompt as admin and run ipconfig /flushdns
- Mac: Run sudo dscacheutil -flushcache in Terminal
Test on mobile data:
- Try accessing your site using your phone's mobile data (different network)
- This can help confirm if it's an ISP-specific issue

Verification Tools:

Use whatsmydns.net to check if your DNS has propagated globally
Test from different devices/networks if possible

While HubSpot says 72 hours, some ISPs can take up to 7 days to fully update their DNS cache. Since your setup is working (proven by the VPN test), this should resolve itself within 24-48 hours as DNS propagation completes.
