Error ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

I am desperate, my agency website does not work due to SSL problems.

The https version gives this error: err_ssl_version_or_cipher_mismMatch
The HTTP works well
48 hours have passed and the same message follows.
In Hubspot support they didn't give me any solution.
I have deleted temporary, used iPconfig/Flusdns command, regenerated the certificate and nothing.
All my configuration in the HubSpot app seems correct: the domain connections are correct and the SSL certificate is activated. I could do any help to solve it. The website is https://paltitaagency.com/

Hi Nicolás,

It seems your site's SSL is active but may be using outdated protocols or ciphers. Ask HubSpot to ensure TLS 1.2+ is enabled and old ciphers are disabled. Your domain config looks correct otherwise.

Hey @NZuñiga are you sure the connections to HubSpot are correct? Checking your domain against a third party tool shows no DNS record:

https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=https%3a%2f%2fpaltitaagency.com%2f&run=toolpage

If it's connected to HubSpot cloudflare will issue an ssl cert on this. Checking the cert on a tool like this also seems to show it not connecting:

https://www.digicert.com/help/

I would check with your DNS provider to see what issue would be stopping this from connecting.

The error ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT does not indicate a dangerous problem or an infected file that can harm your system. Instead, it denotes that the system could not connect successfully with the target server. It does not pop up because of a problem on the user’s end. The error in question can also originate due to issues on the server side, mainly if the website is experiencing high traffic or resource constraints, which is mostly the case with shared hosting platforms. The main causes for the error to be occured which can be as follows:-

1) Invalid URL

2) Slow Internet connection

3) Firewall settings

4) Server delay or error

The error ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH appears due to a lack of “common SSL protocol version or cipher suite support” between a web server and a user’s browser. This issue happens during the TLS handshake process. With that, the browser will automatically display this specific error message. There are different reasons for the error to be occured which are as follows:-

1) Check the SSL Certificate

2) Update browser and operating system

3) Clear browser cache

4) Disable Antivirus Temporarily

5) Enable TLS 1.3 support

The error is straightforward. Regularly update your browser and OS. Maybe these steps will be helpful in solving it.
