NEED HELP with domain redirect, THANKS GUYS

Hello,

My domain www.vwgroup.ltd is successfully connected for 'Website pages' in HubSpot. My primary homepage at https://www.vwgroup.ltd/en/home loads correctly.

However, when I visit www.vwgroup.ltd directly, it consistently results in a 404 error.

I need www.vwgroup.ltd to load my https://www.vwgroup.ltd/en/home page as the default homepage.

Here's what I've already tried, and the issues encountered:

I confirmed the domain is connected.
I deleted a conflicting page entry at https://www.vwgroup.ltd/ that was causing a 'temporary content slug' error.
I attempted to change the slug of my Home (English) page to / and then to be completely empty, but this did not resolve the 404 at the root.
I have repeatedly tried to navigate to the 'URL redirects' section in settings using the search bar, but it consistently redirects me back to the 'Domains & URLs' page.
There is no 'set homepage' option or direct redirect creation visible in my 'Domains & URLs' section or other website settings.

Given these attempts, it seems I cannot configure this specific redirect or default homepage through my current portal's UI. Could you please either set up the permanent redirect from www.vwgroup.ltd (the root /) to https://www.vwgroup.ltd/en/home for me, or provide precise instructions on how to do this in my specific HubSpot account?

I have a free plan and I have no clue about any type of tech or programming or hosting expereince etc...( Gemini helped me to create this message since I had been using it to help me solve this problem but with no sucess ) cheers and hope someone helps!

Hey @canodesign,

I assume you fixed your issue as your site now opens just fine on https://www.vwgroup.ltd for me.

Unfortunatelly the URL redirects tool is only available on paid plans as you can see up top in this article. Now https://www.vwgroup.ltd/en/home goes to a 404.

Perhaps check your hosting provider, you could be able to add a redirect there?
