Workflow trigger Problem

I have a deal pipeline. I want to create a workflow, where if the deal stage or contact property 'A' is known it will enter the flow. However, for re-enrollment, I want both the deal stage and the contact property to be updated; then the record will reenroll in the flow. The problem is if I use deal-based workflow then I use the contact property for enrollment and vice versa.

Is there any solution for it?

Hey @SMomo at the moment you can't have seperate re-enrollment and enrollment filters within workflows. What I would probably do in this case is create a list which has this criteria:

Contact property is known AND Deal property is Known AND contact has completed this workflow.

Then you can set the enrollment criteria of your workflow to be a contact joining this list, you can also re-enroll on this. So they could only join the list after completing the workflow and will reenroll based on this.

Hey @SMomo you can create a list through your HubSpot CRM. Then using your workflow enrollment criteria you can use list membership.

If your list membership you can use "workflow enrollment" to set people to only be in your list if they have already completed your workflow:
