Doamin connect issue: domain is connected to another hubspot account

Hi,

deleted an old account which was connected to an domain (brand domain).

Then i open a new account and wanted to connect the domain to the new account, but i got an error, that the domain is already connected to another hubspot account.

what can i do?

On the free plan I am not sure as there is no way to contact Hubspot support about this. If you are considering a paid plan and this is holding you back, you may be able to reach out to sales and they may be able to help resolve the issue.

Hey @TWissen,

It sounds like the domain is still linked to the old account even after deletion. Can you please send me a private message here with the information of the old domain and the account ID of the old and new HubSpot accounts?
