Why Am I Not Authorized to Publish Articles on HubSpot?

Hello,

I'm encountering an issue with publishing articles on HubSpot. Despite having the necessary access and permissions, I find that I'm not authorized to publish content. Can someone provide guidance on what might be causing this problem and how I can resolve it? Are there specific settings or roles I need to adjust to gain publishing rights? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

@RPonder the red banner at the top of your account should have more details about why you've been blocked from publishing. Do you have a paid HubSpot account? If so, following the guidlines in the banner and reaching out to your CSM or support will be the best way to get answers about your account specifically.

Do you have permissions to edit and publish Knowledgebase articles?
