Domain not showing up in Webpages

I connected my domain, changed my page urls to connect to said domain and published my site. Everything is working fine but I can not find my webpages or my domiain in the Webpages section. How do I fix this?

Hi @MThomas76 checking if you're not able to reach the root domain, like www.hubspot.com or you're not able to access any of the pages - can you share a link to a URL you expect to be live?

I cant reach the root domain or its secondry domain. As soon as I changed the URL to the correct URL to the page they disapeared.

Hi @MThomas76 I'm sorry for the delay, I'm traveling currently and not online as much. When I click the URL provided, it redirects to the info. subdomain, which is shown in your screenshot. This means that you have a redirect configured - so when you change the domain to the root domain, it's still trying to redirect to the info. subdomain and because that page no longer exists, you're getting the error.

You'll need to review your redirects in HubSpot and possibly via your DNS provider to remove this redirect before you change to the root domain.

Well now I am confused, all of my other secondary domians appear in the dropdown

@MThomas76 for your domains and URLs configuration in the settings, what do you have for the primary for websites? can you share a screenshot of your domain settings (not the DNS, just the HubSpot settings)

Thank you @MThomas76 this is certainly strange, especially since you have resources. connected as the primary domain for websites.

Have you tried typing "resources" in this box to see if it will appear:

My suggestion would be to remove it as the primary domain and try adding it back again.

So it doesn't appear when I type resources. I also noticed that I can't or no longer setup Primary domains, only secondary domains. So that could be the issue right there.

I am having trouble with a similar issue, we are trying to change the domain of a website that is linked as a primary domain and has content already on it (www.rosegroup.com.au) however when I go to change the domain it says that that is the only domain I can publish on. Any help would be much appreciated.
