Domain Connection Issue from Hostinger to HubSpot after 24 Hours

Hi everyone,

Yesterday, I connected my Hostinger domain to HubSpot and followed all the configurations as shown in the attached images. However.

after 24 hours, the configuration changes to the state shown in the second image, and I am not sure how to fix it.

Has anyone faced this issue before or knows how to resolve it? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hey @Gabriel_Bustos

In your page settings, you can check if there is the same URL match to your domain in your HubSpot account navigate to the content section in the left sidebar click on the website pages and click on the actions dropdown menu and see if your domain is properly updated according the website URL?

Hey @Gabriel_Bustos the images shared are too small to properly see. But from the last image that looks like a HubSpot page to me, so I would imagine your domain is connected properly. The issue is likely that you don't have a page published on the URL you're looking for. Do you have a page published on your homepage within HubSpot? Ensure there are no language slugs used in this too.

Thank you for your response. The page is not from HubSpot; it is from Hostinger. I connected the Hostinger domain to HubSpot using the DNS settings provided in the configuration. However, after 24 hours, I am still encountering this error.

Could you please advise on any additional steps I might need to take to resolve this issue?

Thank you for your suggestion. I checked the website pages section (photo) and the landing page section (photo) in HubSpot, and both are prompting me to create a new page. The issue is that my website is hosted on Hostinger, and the domain was also purchased through Hostinger. What steps should I take to resolve this issue?

Hey @Gabriel_Bustos

If your website is hosted on Hostinger and you have bought your domain through Hostinger itself you should directly add your name servers to the domain name provider which is Hostinger I didn't got you why you want to connect your domain name to HubSpot then?

You should connect your domain name to HubSpot if your Hosting provider is HubSpot

Hey @Gabriel_Bustos, the page showing "this page is unavailable" has the HubSpot design, I would be very confident this is a HubSpot error page. It's not a generic browser error that would be shown if the domain had no connection.

When you access your HubSpot domain manager, do you see that these domains are connected or do you see an error?

If you see that these domains are connected, it just means you don't have a page published on the url you're visiting within your HubSpot CMS. If you see an error, let me know what the error is and I should be able to help!

@Gabriel_Bustos there was an outage for free accounts with website pages that has been resolved as of today, can you confirm if your website is working as expected now?
