Bulk URL redirect not working

Hi all,

When I try to upload a bulk redirect file the system returns an error saying some of the original urls have already been redirected.

I have confirmed that the URLs it says have an existing redirect do not, the override checkbox is checked, and if I manually work through the redirects using the workflow on the page it works just fine.

Any thoughts?

I'm having the exact same problem, has there been any resolution to this?
