Domain and URL setup readicated

I set up all of our Domain and URL settings including SPF and DKIM validation in Hubspot 8 months ago. Suddenly, there is nothing set up in Hubspot Domain and URLs settings.

How could this have disappeared?

Have there been any recent updates or changes to your HubSpot account or settings? I would also ensure that your account still has the necessary permissions to access and modify Domain and URL settings. Sometimes permissions might have been altered, leading to settings being inaccessible.

Hi @SHolzer when you configure your email sending domain, you actually configure it in your DNS settings, so if you aren't seeing anything in HubSpot, it's likely because the setup tool in the settings changed slightly, but it doesn't mean your email sending domain isn't connected unless someone removed the DKIM and SPF records from the DNS via your domain provider.

Can you share a screenshot of what it looks like in HubSpot Settings > Domains & URLs where the email sending domain is configured?

Also a redacted screenshot of your DNS settings if possible.

None from our end.

I was able to contact Hubspot Support. Evidently, the engineering team can audit the logs to see when and hopefully why the changes occurred.

You're welcome, would love to know what the audit log shows and what they determine the cause to be - I've not run into this before and hope it isn't more widespread.
