Report on specific form submission and lifecycle change

I want to create a report where I would be able to see the contacts lifecycle stage change but only the contacts who filled a specific form on a webpage.

Any suggestion on how to do it?

Hi @SMomo,

When you create a funnel report, you can filter the entire report by contacts who submitted the form: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-custom-funnel-reports

Once you're in the report editor, simply go to the Filters section and find 'Form submission'. Specify the form and you should be all set.
