Drag and Drop on Chromium based broswers

I'm working in a Chromium based browser called Wavebox and I'm not able to utilize the drag and drop capabilities of the website builder.

I thought that Chromium based browsers were essentially Chrome, but I guess not.

What kind of information can I send to my browser support to try and get a fix?

Hi @rodwaynick,

That's hard to say - as HubSpot doesn't disclose the inner workings of the application. You can flag with the support team what isn't working but they'll have to take it from there. Sometimes, a har file recording will help. See for example here: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408828867098-Generating-a-HAR-file-for-troubleshooting

Generally I'd recommend that you switch to a supported browser when using HubSpot: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-security/browsers-supported-by-hubspot

Here's the solution from Wavebox support:
Settings > Appearance > Rounded Corners & shadow on webview > Toggle OFF

This worked for me, so if you have any kind of Chromium based browser and are having this issue, maybe something similar will work for you.
