Amount of website pages not in sync.

Hi folks,

Last week our content marketer cloned a couple pages for editing purposes. However, as you can make up from the screen shots below, she is not able to see them. Turns out, I can.

Both screenshots were taken around the same time. One shows there is a total of 71 webpages, the other 74 webpages.

We thought it might have something to do with synchronization in HubSpot. We have waited a couple days but the situation has not changed.

Could it be a setting we are not aware of? Or is there another logical explenation for this?

@Maxwolters this is a bit of strange one, it looks like you both have the same filters so nothing would be excluded from the view and there aren't settings that would let her create the draft and then not see it.

My suggestion would be for you to edit each of the three pages and save - see if this change pushes them to sync for her.

If not, you'd need to reach out to HubSpot Support so their technical team can take a look at what's happening.

Just for interest, if you are on the full set of pages available, select the more when highlighting a page and then go to assign to users and teams. Does this have access for all or is it locked to specific teams/ individuals?

@JustinPerkinsC if she is the user that created the page, do you think this could still be a possibility? Someone would've had to remove her after she created them 🤨

Oh, I would 100% hope not but I've seen oddities with access before which is why I wanted to ask. This was the only reason I could think of that would cause different people to see things in this case.

More so since they are using the same view and no filters set (though I admit I had to look hard with the language change to make sure I wasn't missing something on the screen)

@JustinPerkinsC I also had to do a double take on the views with the language!

It would also require CMS Enterprise to set team level permissions per page, which someone would have had to do after creating the clones...all around odd scenario, hopefully we hear back so we can better understand whats happening!

Hi Justin,

As you can see, these pages are available for everyone to see.
I checked in with anothoer colleague, only the content marketer (creator of these clones) can not see them.

Thanks for the follow-up. I made some minor adjustments on the pages she is not able to see. I will get in contact with HubSpot technical support when this doesn't do the trick.

Hi Jennifer,

It has been resolved. I did need some support from HubSpot. This was their final summary after it was resolved.

It seems there was a glitch on the backend which made the property for the page visibility set to false and it excluded the user. Once this was set up correctly, the issue was resolved.

Thanks for the update @Maxwolters, I'm glad to hear they could resolve the issue and that it was an anomoly - at least we'll all know what to do if this pops up again!
