Hi,

my site is down due to a security reason. Been of for a couple of days now. Added a CAA record from the knowledge base but still nothing. Kindly. Assist.

Hey @RNiwe If you go to Settings - Website - Domains & URLs: is there any error with SSL? Perhaps you should wait for 24 hours.

hi, thanks for this, though i have already tried the first part of it and add the CAA record. this only helped partial. I can now access the site through MS edge but chrome is still not responsive

@RNiwe Perhaps, you should add a CNAME record instead of a CAA record? CNAME is usually used for subdomains, I assume the Knowledge Base is using a subdomain.
