Problems connecting with Subdomain

I am using Zenbusiness for my domain, and HubSpot for the website. All DNS records are input correctly and everything has been verified on Hubspot. I published the website just to test it out and a "This page is unavailable" shows. Everything on both pages says connected and verified. Not sure of what else I should be looking for

Hi @CMurphy08

Can you try to publish the page on a HubSpot generic domain? Will it show the same issue?

Before connecting to HubSpot, did you have a live website on another platform? If yes, and you connected a HubSpot domain (not sub-domain), it may mean that your old website "The page is unavailable" and HubSpot uses another URL.

Also, please check your URL with www. and without. Perhaps one of the options works properly, then you will need to fix it in HubSpot Domain settings.

I was able to find that it is published, however it publishes with "en-us" at the end of the address. The normal address still says it is unavailable. The languages on the domain and website are both set to the same language, which is the only reason I could find for this to be the case. Any other possibilities?

@CMurphy08 Perhaps, it makes sense just to go to Settings and remove the Language of the main page? Just remain Search.

Also, did you check the domain options with www and without?

I did check with and without. Same issues. Where do I go to change the Page Language?

I found where to deactivate the page language. After updating, clearing cache and cookies, it is still the same issue.

@CMurphy08 if you still have the same issue, I think you should ask your hosting support or try to re-connect the domain. As I understand, all the HubSpot pages don't work?
