Landing Page has two scroll bars

We created a landing page. And it seems to have two scroll bars on the right-hand side of the page. One allows us to see the whole page and the other scrolls a few frames up and down. Is there a way to remove the additional scroll controls?
The support team has said 'I've had a look into this, and unfortunately, there isn't a way to remove the additional scroll, it's the way the tool is designed.'

This really reduces the legitimacy look and feel of the landing pages and we've had to move away from using them as we don't want users to feel like they're not on a legitimate site.

Can you maybe share a screenshot of what you are seeing?

When I check the landing page I have no scroll bars, I simply have to scroll down the page to see all of the content. Which leds me to think this is a browser and/or screen resolution issue at your end.

Here it is, I've tried increasing and reducing my page zoom etc. and it still remains. My colleagues also see this?
