I've discovered that if the Command-k press is long press, it works!

Content Assistant is interfering with some basic editing functions. For example I've noticed it's now harder to click to create an insertion point for text editing or to "select all."

When using (Command-k) to "short cut" insert a text link, Content Assistant interfers. The highlighted text gets the link "color" but no modal-pop up appears and I'm not able to enter a link or edit it.

Fix: I have to select "insert link" from the tool bar.

Also, when fixing/correctly misspelled text, I'm able to select the correction however, the selected replacement word is never used and the orignally misspelled word is left in place.

I agree, I don't use the command function (not even sure if it's the same in Windows) but I do double/triple click for fast selection and with this tool enabled I can't do that now which is cumbersome and frustrating.
