I'm consistently blown away by how much time teams spend following up on overdue invoices, a task that nobody seems to enjoy whatsoever! And that's if you even know about it...

I recall one story where a given company brought on a huge new customer that they were super excited about. They were a couple of months into their project, just to realize they were having cash flow problems (no bueno, of course). They then discovered that the first invoice payment failed, but they already had a mess on their hands to deal with with other vendors and things like that.

This workflow takes all of three minutes to set up, it can save hundreds of hours/year for a given business I bet
