Inventory Management: Product Quantities

Hi there, we recently imported our products into HubSpot's product library but need the quantity to update when that product is associated to a deal. For example, quantity needs to decrease once its associated deal passes a specific stage in our pipelines.

Does anyone know a workaround for this? This is a huge pain point, we're migrated from an outdated inventory system and require the quantity to update in real-time. We'll be using products as line items to create quotes, so we don't understand why it won't update the quantity within the product library.

Hey @AFangman-- this is a common question for sure!

@jolle confirms in this post that there is no native functionality for inventory management within HubSpot. However, there is a growing number of integrations that may be able to help depending on your requirements (just head to the App Marketplace in HubSpot and search for "inventory.")

@darynsmith and others share some great workarounds in this thread.

I recommend looking into some of those alternatives, but don't hesitate to let me know if I can clarify any of this!
