Tax Rate Library

I'm trying to take advantage of the new feature "Tax Rate Library". Adding rate for each of the states we do biz in is pretty easy (aside from the fact that entries cannot be edited or deleted).

Can someone offer some guidance/help on how to use the library on quotes? I've tried to modify the quote template, to no avail. Library is created, now what?

Any insight is greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community!

This feature allows you to create and apply tax rates to individual line items across different tools like Quotes, Deals, Payment links, and more. However, right now, you'll need to manually add or select these taxes when creating Quotes, Deals, Payment links, invoices, etc. If you'd like to learn how to do this, you can find all the details here.

My problem is that I have customized quote template and even I have added manually tax rate to line items, tax is not visible in the customized quote template. If I use the basic templated provided by Hubspot, I can see tax rate in the quote. I tried to compare line_item_table module and quote template html but I can not find any differences.

I was able to find a solution.

You need to go into Design Manager and check your theme copy of cms-quotes-theme and find module "line_items_table". In that module you need to make changes into the module.html file (check original Hubspot folder cms-quotes-theme and line_items_table.module to see what has been changed. Then also you need to make changes on the right hand side "Line items table". You need to create new fields (again check original module for refrence, use keyword "Tax" to see what you need to create).
Also, if you use another language you may need to do changes into the translations (scroll down for Field Translations).
