Where is the "Search ID" when searching through invoices?

Hi,

Trying to search through my cusomter invoices and the only options for seacrhing are "Search ID", "Number", or "Amount". However, I can't find where the "Search ID" info is on an invoice or customer.

Anyone have any idea on this? I wish we could search using a customer name but that doesn't seem to be an option.

Hi @AdrianEdward ,

I think what this actually means (though it is not very clear) is that you can Seach Invoices using ID, number or amount billed.

I presume that the ID is the record ID, which is automatically assigned in HubSpot when a record is created. The Number (e.g. INV-0001) should show on your invoice and be searchable in HubSpot.

Thanks so much! That helped so much and now makes total sense. I did not know it was called Record ID, I kept searching for a "Search ID" field, I can't thank you enough for clearing that up.

"Search ID" likely refers to a unique identifier assigned to each invoice, possibly not visible on the invoice itself. "Number" refers to the invoice number, and "Amount" refers to the billed amount. Unfortunately, customer names might not be searchable directly. Check system documentation for details on "Search ID" functionality.
